After our long weekend touring upstate New York, we decided to relax at the beach. Although Jody informed me that in New Jersey, it's not called the Beach, it's called "the Shore."

I think the Shore was Miriam's favorite part of the whole vacation. She just loved chasing the seagulls and playing with the sand. In fact, she dumped a big handful of sand right into her tightly bound hair. That was fun to wash out.
