We started off Monday morning at Animal Kingdom to eat breakfast with the characters. We had fun taking pictures while waiting for Anna and Michael. They got the girls these cute Mickey ears hats for their first trip to Disney World.
Everyone had to have a turn with a hat.
That's what Stan thought of wearing the hat.

We went on a quick safari ride before leaving Animal Kingdom.
Next we headed over to Magic Kingdom.
We watched the show at Cinderella's Castle.
The girls loved it!
Later it was heating up so I thought ice cream would be a great idea.
Maybe if my kids didn't eat at a snail's pace. Eliza had it everywhere and was NOT happy to be getting cleaned up.

And of course we had to see a few princesses.
I have to say that I really liked the princesses because they carried on a conversation with the girls. They talked to them for a few minutes (all in character of course). Eliza couldn't stop touching Cinderella's gloves.
Later we met up with Grandma and Grandpa. Love those matching shirts (of course Grandma's is missing the chocolate ice cream).
Watching the lighting of the castle. Thank goodness for (soon-to-be) Uncle Michael helping out today. The girls LOVED being with him.
