Master Bedroom Makeover

So I've been a bit on a painting frenzy the past few weeks. With Stan's help, I've painted the kitchen, entry way, hall, laundry room and now...

MASTER BEDROOM

Here is what it looked like before
same old "dromedary camel" flat color throughout the whole house.

We got a new head board and two coats of "Belle Groove Brass" and

voila!
(the ceiling still has the old color)
As my friend Renee said, it looks like an adult room.

Less than a year ago we had two childhood mismatched dressers, a stack of storage tubs, mismatched nightstands (one of them being a plastic tub), no headboard and a flimsy $5 mirror from Wal-Mart.

Now thanks to Ikea furniture, a fancy new headboard, mirror and paint, we can as they would say on HGTV "enjoy the space."
