We decided that we should make it a tradition to go to the Pumpkin Patch every year. This year Miriam was SO thrilled to see all the pumpkins. It was fun to share in her excitement.
Eliza, on the other hand, slept through the entire outing. She was not so interested.
We took a hayride around the patch and through the "Scary Woods."
Here was our driver and guide. His accent is as southern and back woods as he looks.
Miriam holding on as the trailer started to move.
Our wanderings through the patch.
We met up with my best friend Renee, her daughter Anna and husband, Mark.
The girls were having a ball!
Even Miriam took a turn pulling the wagon.
I can't believe what a big girl she is!
This is a fun way to see the girls grow over the years.
If you scroll down from last year's post, you'll see how much Miriam has grown.
By this point in the evening, Miriam was done taking pictures and all she wanted to do was run around. But we got our picture anyway!
And here's a shot of Eliza at the house, awake.
It was a fun afternoon and I look forward to next year!
