Our 4th of July holiday was a little underwhelming this year. Miriam was in the middle of her 5-day fever virus so we were quarantined from the rest of civilization.
A friend had given us a few small kid fireworks (no fire needed). Miriam barely scraped up enough energy to come outside and throw them.
Oh well, at least Dallin liked eating them.
Although we didn't get to go to a party or see fireworks, at least I got to spend the day with my favorite people--even if they were sick.
