This post is a little late, but better late than never, right?
Last month Grandpa McBride was able to come visit for a few days. We really enjoyed having him in our home.
Miriam especially loved spending time with her Papa.
Most of the time was spent working with Stan, insulating the garage and putting boards and lights in the attic. Now we have room for more stuff.
Thanks so much Papa for all your help. We couldn't have done it without you!
Before you think we're ungrateful family, we didn't make him work the whole time. We did take him to the local corn maze.
Miriam especially enjoyed the bumpy ride in the dark.
She even liked the cow ride. Although I'm not sure that Papa & Stan enjoyed it. It was a tight squeeze (guess that's why it's a kid's ride :-)
We also went to my sister Jody's house for dinner and Family Home Evening. For the activity we carved pumpkins.
